I am a 23 year old Chinese American woman. I arrive at the office around 2:20pm on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 25, 2021.
Dr. Bash was the most unprofessional, racist, and careless healthcare provider I have ever had.
At first I thought this new practice was good after reading some good reviews and meeting Winkle, the therapy dog. When Dr. Bash first came in to greet me he asked where I was from to which I replied "Philly." He said that it was a "war zone" done there and mentioned something about "shooting people" in the war from Vietnam, which is terrifying

The most amazing Dentist and team around. I had an emergency root canal during the thanksgiving weekend and his office was the only one open within 20 miles from where I live. Dr. Bash is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and his team makes you feel so comfortable. Plus he has the most beautiful therapy dog which help me feel so relax. Love this place and fully recommend it .

I try really hard to be happy. My private life is very sad, but not many people know it. Today after spending over $6000 the past year of my hard earned money on me teeth I laughed during the procedure. I laughed and got snapped at my the Dr. Patel. Unbelievable!!!!! I had to explain why I laughed 3 times. What would she of done if I didn’t explain?? I was laughing because she was putting the big rubber thing over my face and I thought it was funny. It’s not my favorite thing in the World so I made the best of it. I’m feel very uncomfortable going somewhere that doesn’t allow laughter,

I did not receive work there but called for emergency care for unbearable pain. They couldn't get me in until 5pm tonight and stated they don't work with insurance and would have to charge me an after hours fee of $250 on top of the initial $175 for the xray. The lady on the phone was nice but at this point I might as well wait until Monday for another dentist during regular hours who does accept insurance. A little disappointing since I read the reviews which were excellent. Surprised nobody mentioned these fees and how they don't accept insurance.

I Drove over an hour on a Sunday to visit Bash Dental. I also Waited over an hour to see the actual dentist. He wheeled himself over to my chair and It took him 5 minutes to catch his breath after coughing and heavy breathing. He was on an oxygen tank. As we began looking over my x rays and discussing what is bothering me. (My wisdom tooth) The dentist (in his 70’s and very ill) proceeded to tell me I have horrible teeth, I eat too much and had too many children, he asked me why I had 5 kids and why I had not been to the dentist in 2 years. I mean I just had a baby.... give me a break. He told

I was given a one week notice that I needed a dental clearance for an upcoming surgery. I panicked and thought to myself how can I find a dentist to see me that soon and clear me. . Dr Bash got me in the next day and stayed open late several evenings to get all the work done that I needed. . I made the deadline. My mouth looks and feels great and now after 25 years of not seeing a dentist I see Dr. Bash. Regularly for cleanings. . DR. BASH IS THE MAN

Went in on a Sunday morning and needed a molar extraction. Called that morning and no problem getting me in. I saw Dr. Sanchez and he was great at getting the tooth out & keeping me calm during the procedure. The assistant was also great forget her name. Theres a CVS in the same lot so got the meds right away. The office also called me back to follow up the next day. Highly recommend.

My husband had a terrible dental emergency. Overnight, his face swelled up with an infected tooth that needed to be pulled. It was the weekend, Sunday, and no one was available to help at our regular dentists. Dr. Bash saved us from an ER visit, and was awesome, realistic, and kind. He had prescriptions for antibiotics ready to go, which we filled at the CVS right by his office. My husband was in and out within an hour. God bless this man! He provides such valuable emergency service.
