I did enquire of them earlier this year for a project that I needed a price on. Almost from the beginning of the conversation they kept mentioning "upfront payments" and to send "money in advance" without really getting the critical details of the job. I tried to get their attention because if the specs were not perfect I would be stuck with an advance payment and they would not take a credit card which would have protected me in case of a bad order, non-delivery of my due date or even worse fraud. Avoid Project Graphics like the plague! Dealing with Project Graphics is an exercise in frustration. I used them for an order of screenprinted banners 7 years ago and they were great. The quality was great and the banners lasted a long time, so I decided to use them on another screenprinted banner project last year and it was a disaster. We had to prepay by check in full for the order which was supposed to take 3 weeks and instead took 2 months. They kept me in the dark as to the production delays and when I finally got any info they said it was due to equipment failure. The banners came in poorly

I have learned my lesson; I should have looked at BBB before doing business with this company. Like all of the other reviews my experience with Project Graphics the same. The ordering process was great. They are happy to take my money (pre-pay with a check prior to ordering, they don't take credit cards) but delivering on their commitment is a different story. Now that they have my money, the correspondence is almost none. I hadn't received my order after the promised 3 weeks and no one is returning my calls or emails. They have an answering service (calling themselves "the receptionist
