I’m am extremely thankful for Byers Byers & Assoc. consistent public updates regarding the pandemic and how it affects clients, as individuals and businesses. BB updated on a daily basis as Washington worked through passing emergency bills for financial relief, tax extensions and countless modifications to say the least. Not only did BB update, but it was spelled out clearly in plan terms. With the constant flood of information in news and social media, it’s hard not to get overwhelmed. Thankful for the public service in which BB provided throughout these uncertain times.

They prepared our taxes. They put the wrong social on some paperwork but not all so the return got kicked back. I was able to get passed that. Once Re-submitted I followed up via email asking if they had re-mailed our amended return also. No response. Called after a month (now over 3 months after they initially did the return) and figure out that they had not mailed out amended return in the first place. Horrible communication and feel like just another customer that they could care less about.

Rachel and her team have been handling all our tax matters since we moved to Daphne. I could not be happier or more pleased with the quality of service here. RIta met with my daughter who is going on a two year missionary trip. Everything about her taxes seemed confusing to us - working in one state, living in another, moving to a third and then foreign earned income but having to do that a certain length of time!!! In an hour, everything was taken care of including power of attorney and necessary paperwork notarized! Thank you so much Rita!

I had worked out what I should get back on my return before coming to these people. I did not know exactly which forms to use and was a new small business owner which is why I came to them. I told them the type of business that I was in (trucker) and they claimed to be very knowledgeable (absolute lie). They originally had me paying close to $3,000 rather than getting almost that much back. After repeatedly correcting them (Byers) I did eventually get a return that I could actually use.
