This business is EXTREMELY crappy! I called this morning asking if my daughter could be seen because she had been crying complaining of pain in ONE of her teeth. The lady Elizabeth was very sweet and understanding, and scheduled my daughter an appointment for 1pm. The issue is with the office manager Maryland. She decided to call back and tell me that my daughter HAD to go to the children's surgery center. I explained it had been MONTHS and I haven't heard anything, and it was important for her to be seen. She was extremely RUDE, nonchalant, and cut me off mid sentence SEVERAL times.

It was what I expected from this dental office. I got a same day emergency appointment and making the appointment was easy. (I did not even have to cry) The receptionist, the dental assistant and the dentist were top notch. All good dental work is expensive and the cost is what I expected so I had already worked through my sadness at spending so much money on my mouth. However since I like having teeth in order to talk plainly and eat well, I gritted my gums and went ahead with the procedure suggested. Dr. Freddie and her assistant, Emily were Amazing. They pulled my sons capped baby tooth in seconds and we had a few laughs. 🤣 They are very professional, kind hearted and make you feel at home. I could recommend anybody better to take care of your dental needs than these 2 ladies. Keep up the great work. 👍

We had been looking for a dentist that would see us and our child. We found mabank dental and hoped it would be great. However I didn't really care for the pediatric dentist because he didn't take the time to try and get to make my child comfortable with him before his exam. This made me feel as if he only cared about the job and not the patient. Dentist are one of those things where you either like them or you don't and I guess we will be driving farther to see our previous dentist.

Love my dentist and everyone there at that office. If you or anyone else in your family are afraid to go to the dentist I can assure you that Dr Freddy and her team and staff members will do all they can to make you feel comfortable. I took my granddaughter there and everyone was so great with her. She has Autism and they made her feel very comfortable and talked to her and they did very well.

If I could give less stars I would. The are like a auto repair shop that makes things up and over charges. Both my wife and I, on separate occasions have gotten hounded for money AFTER a year, both were Mabank Dental over charging in basic cleanings and ex-rays to get more than the set price from dental insurance. They are notorious for billing above and beyond BC/BS. My wife just got a $381 refund after fighting for a YEAR! They know that people MUST pay the extra money or be sent to collections and their credit will be hurt. Snakes

I've been going there since 2010 and always paid my bill on time always did right by them but my teeth were hurt so I went to another dentist office and they found six cavities and the other dentist was shocked that they didn't find them sooner gautreaux is nothing but a small town dentist that's it the staff was OK but the work that the dentist did wasn't very good
