I have lived in Ashbury Square for several years now, and it has been a pleasure living here. We have a wonderful crew in the office, excellent maintenance staff, with Chuck being the very best you could ask for! The grounds are kept up nicely, it's quiet and peaceful, but, the best part of all, is that I feel like I'm home. Thank you all for such a lovely experience at Ashbury 😊❣

Cary property manager, Abby leasing manager and Mona were all exceptional in their delivery of outstanding customer service. From my first visit to being shown an apartment to acquiring a home delivery of service was outstanding. Even when I called a million times to ask dozens of questions regarding upgrades they were without flaws, in fact they were on target and on time. Chuck the maintenance guy even while working by himself provided superb service and repair. I would highly recommend this staff and Ashbury to anyone. LandsimoeccBkd

Horrible customer service from Mona, I believe she is the receptionist. She seemed annoyed when we asked a question which had answered a Day before, was not welcoming at all, very condescending in her replies. She wasn’t nice over the phone while making the appointment. But we thought an in-person meeting would be different, but it was a disappointment. The manager, however, was a nice person to talk to and that’s why we are giving this 2 stars.

My daughter and grand daughter accompanied me on our visit to search for apartments. Stopped here at Ashbury Square because of an ad I saw on the Marketplace. The ad stated that three units were available (units 615, 522, and 224). Initially when I saw the post, I messaged to check availability on Friday morning. A message was sent back to me stating "we have a number 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments coming in August and September". So, I decided to visit Saturday afternoon. Upon arriving and entering the building, I told the Agent I saw that these apartments were available based on Marketplace

I have stopped recommending this apartment complex to my friends, co-workers, and acquaintances. The building is nice enough, and the gym is ok but Ashbury Square has a big problem: the staff.
Specifically Nancy, the manager. I had heard rumors about staying under her radar but to my regret I did not. She is all sunshine and flowers when you move in and then whenever you pay your rent but if you have a concern or problem she completely shuts down and turns into an unfeeling business robot. She does not see the residents as paying customers and is rude, condescending, and breaks verbal agreements
