I instantly felt at home when I walked into Nani as a first-time customer. The employees are welcoming and knowledgeable, which helped me ease into the experience of a first massage. I would recommend to all! Reasonable prices and great perks when you sign up as a member. I have had massages at spas all over the world.
I have been coming here for years now and couldn't imagine going anywhere else for a massage. Everyone is very friendly and very knowledgeable about what they do. I was in dire straights. My back had seized up, I was unable to think or function through the pain. After 30 minutes of work, I was able to continue with the day and attend a very important meeting.
I have had many massages at expensive SPAs in my travels and NANI by far offers the best therapeutic massages and infusions. The rooms and massage platforms are very comfortable and promotes relaxation. NANI also offers the flexibility for the person with the busiest schedule. The Massage Therapist get to know you and I would recommend NANI to everyone.

I am always greeted at the front desk with kindness and a smile. They are on time. I have only used Akira and she provides great massages. I am always relaxed and feel that my whole body was treated. The massages are unique and beneficial as I am a massage therapist myself and can be difficult to please. Highly recommended.

I have gone to Nani Massage for 3 special occasions. I love the platform massage style bed instead of the traditional table bed. The platform makes the experience a little more relaxing. All 3 of the staff I've had have been wonderful. I highly recommend going here, special occasion massage, therapy massage etc. They offer so many different things to go along with the traditional massage. Very nice, clean and sanitized establishment.

Did not appreciate the political talk during the massage, the massive bruise I got when I left there. The guy was making uncomfortable jokes and made me feel unwelcomed. The front desk people are good. Place is clean and does have relaxing vibes. Better off going to Massage Envy. a very unprofessional experience.

I was experiencing some neck and shoulder pain. A friend told me about Nani and highly recommended them! So I called and they were able to get me in the next day. I can not say enough about the incredible service I experienced from the staff to my massage therapist! I had the best experience and my massage was so helpful in relieving my pain and a total relaxing experience!

I have been going to Nani Massage for nearly a year now. This facility is like no other I've ever visited. The staff are friendly & courteous. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about each Massage Therapist I have encountered here. I always leave relaxed & rejuvenated. The establishment is always clean & inviting. There are no massage tables. Each room is equipped with a large bed like surface that is always clean & extremely comfortable. I would never consider going elsewhere.

I have been going to Nani Massage almost monthly for several years and love it there! Same for my husband. We share an account and have never gone anywhere else since. The front desk employees are very friendly… and welcoming. The massage therapists are almost all outstanding (I’ve had a couple of ‘average’ experiences but most have been fantastic)! Find a therapist you love and book them out several months in a row. I love the atmosphere and they offer a number of optional add-ons to really customize each experience if you choose.

2. Admittedly, I have always been chatty during my massages. Upon entering room, I told my therapist that I was going to try not talking during my massage, it's my first time doing so. She said, "Good. I have a migraine."
3. A travel pillow as a face rest?
4. So much oil I feel like Clark Griswold in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation when he used the oil on his sled.
5. Therapist was rough. And by rough I mean jerky, roughly moving my extremities, dropping my arms/hands to floor (not gently repositioning )

I will never recommend signing up for monthly with them. I had trouble getting times with my masseuse. Then they had to cancel my appointments with him because he had covid when I did get them. Had a large… amount already paid for , canceled service while they were closing for covid and was told I could finish the ones already owed to me and was just informed that I cannot use the ones I already paid for without active membership so basically I lost all my money. They reactivated my account without consent and had just charged me for 3 more months on top of the ones I hadn't used from before

I absolutely loved my therapist, but I was highly disappointed and upset because I paid for a full body massage and did NOT receive that. I arrived early and was not brought back to the room 5-7 minutes after my scheduled time and did NOT receive my full 60 minutes she actually finished a minutes before the hour was up. I am disappointed because I specifically mentioned that my whole body was under stress an needed attention. Also she never touched my arms nor my hands because we were out of time. I don't recommend only because they don't meet your needs they are more worried about the

Well, it happened to me. I had a Groupon and they knew this. I had read the reviews about how they cancel on you if your using a Groupon.
2 hours before my massage they call to tell me the girl was feeling ill ( I don’t buy that for a second with their track record ) I do nothing recommend this place. BUYER BEWARE , if you use Groupon YOU MIDAS WELL THROW YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW!!!

I have been going to Nani for awhile and see Emily when I go. The business is well-appointed with a spacious lobby and following all of the rules we are living under. The admin staff is great and follow up well. All of the therapists are well-trained in Nani techniques of full body massage unlike some of the big chains. Emily went above and beyond on my last visit addressing my sciatica. I've had several therapists here and Emily is at the top of the class. She's attentive, personable, focused and skilled. You can't ask for more. I highly recommend her and Nani.

My mom (who has been a member for a couple of years) gave me a groupon for 2 60 min massages. She said I could book a 2 hour massage or break it up. When I called to book my appointment, I was not told I had to use it all or lose my 2nd hour. My therapist, Beth was very skilled and physically felt great upon leaving. She talked through the appointment even though my card said I didnt want to talk. Also, she used too much pressure, even asking her to lighten up. The only negatives were being heavily pushed to purchase a member package and not being able to schedule a 2nd appointment to use the 2nd
