I was referred to BA Jones by Ed Newman, CPA because he was drowning in PPP payroll things from his clients so without giving it a second thought I called BA. At first she was surprised by my number because I have a CA area code but as soon as I explained my situation, she warmed up. Before calling her I had booked some time for me to come into her office and meet her (which I gave her the heads up about during my call). I explained that I had been audited by the IRS on my 2018 tax return and she was fantastic at walking me though what I needed to do, first and foremost, requesting an extension

I have been a customer of BA's for over 12 years. She has been great in preparing me for life's changes and knowing what to expect as the tax environment changes. I'm actually flabbergasted by the way I was treated. Here is my story, I have always done my taxes myself but this year ran in to a scenario where I needed some help. I was looking for someone to, not do my taxes for me, but provide me some advice and charge me a fee for that advice. I did a simply Google search of local tax preparers / CPA's and I came across the website for BA Jones. When i went to the contact portion of the website there were a number of interesting options form making an in person appointment to a 30 minute phone call to a 15 minute phone call. I booked a 15
