Once again Moffett plumbing to the rescue. When your a woman left to make decisions and faced with an issue ( you can't fix but tried) and it's a plumbing issue I wouldn't call another company. Few years ago we had major issues bam done. Amazing group of very handsome men. 3rd time out but all for different reasons. Rudy was amazing got us up and showering again & fixed my connection on my water heater. Great company, over the top customer service. My go to company only. Thanks guys your all the best.

Moffett Plumbing saved our Christmas this year! Jessica from there customer service department was super awesome, she called and gave us an exact ETA and made sure we where okay and let us know who was coming to our home. Our drains were all backed up and we couldn’t use anything! Vince H arrived and quickly got to work on clearing our drains. Then he showed us the issue on his sewer camera and gave us options to fix it. He stayed late, got it done in 1 day, cleaned up his mess and even raked up our leaves on the side of the house!!! Our water heater pilot recently gave out so I called on Moffett. The response time was amazing. They sent their technician Rudy to come and take a look. I had hot water again in no time and hassle free! He was very professional and explained what needed to be done,gave me an upfront price and wrote out an invoice. I recommend using Moffett Plumbing and Air for all future plumbing repairs to ensure top quality.

Upon Arrival Jeremy greeted us with a great attitude. He was very professional and worked out the clogged issue. Once finished he cleaned his area and explained the worked performed in detail. He also left the bathroom clean as if he was never there. We are very pleased with his service and the Company.

Michael the owner personally came to our home in an emergency situation to assess our clean out leaking problem. He cleared our main line and let us know that our old pipe will need to be replaced! Needed to have both toilets tuned up. Both had water that would run. Jeremy arrived promptly, was great with my old golden retriever and provided thorough explanations on everything that needed to be done. Pricing was good and had needed parts with him. Did not have to leave and come back. Happy I purchased the family plan.

My water softener has never worked right. I got it about a year and a half and for at least six months our water has been very hard and never had to add salt. Got tired of regenerate it myself so I called Moffett they have a service fee to start and then a menu of supposed repairs. The techs were very nice but except for measuring the water pressure and the hardness of the water they didn't do anything I hadn't already done many times. They called their supervisor and they agreed the machine was not reparable. They made no effort to actually fix it. They then calculated an exorbitant

What an amazingly good experience. I had a wonderful, polite and extremely professional plumber named Nate come to help me with my water heater problem. I had been having burner problems for 6 months and couldn't handle it any longer. After his diagnosis and upon his advise that I agreed completely with I thought it best to go with a new water heater. He in no way pressured me into anything and agreed to do whatever I felt comfortable with. He sat me up with a great water heater at a fair and reasonable price. He removed the old one and installed the new one. His work was meticulous and very professional

I took advantage of the training program and couldn’t be happier. I had an annoying leak under my sink, not a lot of water but enough to let me know something wasn’t right. I called and was given a one hour window for my appointment! They arrived on the earlier side of the one hour window. They set up mats to keep my home clean. They introduced themselves, Vince as the apprentice and Scott as his teacher. Vince listened to the information I had, then quickly diagnosed the issue. Explained what it was thoroughly and went to the truck to get the parts needed. They returned and gave me the estimate

We needed our water heater to be double strapped quickly for an appraisal. They were able to come out the following day. While they did run a bit behind, that's to be expected with the way things are right now. The work was very well done, they were timely and professional, and they even fixed up the components of the water heater and made sure everything was up to code at no extra charge. Will use them again.

Mr. Moffett likes to reply with incorrect information. I had asked for my two brand new, existing toilets to be installed. There was no need for new toilets, new valves or new supply tubes. IT WAS AN INSTALL ONLY*. I didn't fail to mention anything in my review. I even had brand new wax rings. (Which they said they also could not use).

*My new toilets had been removed to install new flooring.

Funny how the plumber I did hire came in with no issues with re-seating my existing toilets. NOR did he try to make me believe that I needed to replace all the new valves and tubes that

I don't know anything about plumbing and therefore feel cornered when these issues come up. The tech, Jonathan, was very easy going and upfront about my plumbing issues and the prices associated with any work. Do not use for backflow inspection. Over $200
The plumber took apart backflow device, said it was broken and charged $250 plus dollars. I have had the backflow inspection from various plumbers every year as required by city. It always passed and never cost more the $75 dollars. Call someone else and save yourself a headache

Fantastic plumbing company that will not break your bank. We had two significant jobs that were done in one day, very timely and professional. Brian Rowles was the person that did the work for us. Brian wore a mask and shoes covers the entire time while he worked in our house, he was professional and knowledgeable of plumbing in general, works very well with the customers and I would recommend him to anyone.
