I am Cherie, the chef behind Plate & Palate Catering. I thought I'd tell you a little bit about me, my chef story, and my years spent in the kitchen. Being in the kitchen fascinated me from a very early age. I was shuffled around as a kid, so I had the joy of seeing different women in my family create in the kitchen.
I learned from all of them, but my favorite was Aunt Betty. The food she made was both incredibly tasty and beautiful! Then came the day when I decided life is too short to not do what you love. So I jumped in and created Plate & Palate, my very own catering business serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
