We are a family owned private Real Estate Investment company that has grown and expanded to include a wide variety of investments. We are constantly broadening our investments while holding to our idea that real estate is the greatest investment anyone will ever make. We want to hear from you! So far we have dealt with over $5.6 million in combined real estate for our candidates and they have accumulated $904 thousand in combined equity! Once a candidate qualifies for the Open Market Level, we can start to discuss a price range that fits within the candidate's comfort range, or in other words, within their financial means. Once this has been determined, our candidates can start looking at houses on the the open market with confidence, knowing they have the buying power of Booth Corp. behind them!
We see our qualified candidates as our investment! We do not qualify our candidates based on their credit scores. We understand that just because someone has bad credit, or no credit at all, does not always mean that they are in a bad financial situation. We qualify our candidates based on an individual basis of "who they are" and what their situation is all about, which we will analyze throughout our qualification process.
We heard about Booth Corp's Home Ownership Program and we thought it was too good to be true. We found out more about it and now, with their help, we are finally living in our own home. Bankruptcy messed up our finances really bad. There was no hope for us to get a house. A bank would not give us a loan and because of that we thought we would be renting forever, but Booth Corp. gave us a third option, and now we are living in our own home!

Super nice people and straight to the point. If you have imperfect credit and need help buying a home I would talk to these guys! Their Home Ownership Program is definitely not a joke and they really will buy you a house if you can show them you are ready to be a homeowner!

Excellent experience with Booth Corporation both past and present. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond for people especially when they really need it! This is my Grandpa's company and I just got to spend the last week working at his office and I never realized that my Grandpa actually buys houses for other people until they can buy it back from him. Seriously.who just goes around buying houses for people just because a bank won t give them the money ? It was pretty cool though to see how happy they get when they find out someone just bought them a house and that they get to start moving in! Great job Grandpa, you really do make other people s dreams come true 😊
