I spoke to John about a problem I was having with my Canon Pixma printer. After describing the symptoms, he knew right away what the problem was and said that it wasn't worth fixing and that I should buy another printer. He also recommended a printer that would meet my needs. I appreciated his honestly and willingness to help solve my dilemma. I would definitely recommend this business for your printing needs.

Things started out great , with a quick response and a tech out the same day to fix my HP printer, but when the problems persisted afterword's, No one seemed to want to call me back. After 3 attempts, and no call backs, I ended up going to the competition and they fixed it in one day. I'm very disappointed in the lack of response.
