Two months ago I posted a negative review and I was totally wrong! I accused them of stealing items. They did not! I found one of the items in a tote on my patio and the other item elsewhere. I am so very sorry. I had an MP3 player stolen from carpet cleaners once so I was extremely suspicious. Again I am so sorry.

My carpets really needed a good cleaning. I had used other cleaning companies, but it seems all they did was "push" the stains into the carpet, where they hid, and then a few days later they resurfaced. So, the first question I asked was do they actually get rid of the stain or just hide it! They assured me that they get RID of it. They came out last Friday and did an OUTSTANDING job, but I waited until today to write my review to see if the stains were truly gone - THEY ARE GONE!!!! And my carpet feels so "fluffy" again!! I really can't believe it's the same carpet - it looks NEW!!! I have found
