B.Loved Bridal Boutique

I had a great experience at B.Loved! The staff was friendly and patient, welcoming me back multiple times to make sure I loved the dress and making me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. They were incredibly kind to let me store my dress there after we postponed our wedding and were working to find an appropriate place to store it.

The appointment I had here was great, however afterwards I discovered I was charged $50 for the appointment! I don't feel that this was clearly outlined (it is in the appt confirmation) and also is a ridiculous way to nickel and dime potential customers. I have to pay money in order to potentially buy a wedding dress for several thousand dollars?! When I reached out, the only explanation I got was that "other local boutiques implemented a charge and we had to follow suit."

When we went to look at dresses, we arrived on time and were greeted very poorly by Sabrina. She was rude and told us we had to sit on the couch and basically not move. She didn’t introduce herself or ask our names or how we were related to the bride. She just barked orders at us as if we were unruly kindergarteners. My daughter was the only one allowed to touch or look at the dresses. They blamed this on Covid. Really? She was nasty and acted as if we couldn’t afford a dress there. If my daughter had not fallen in love with her dress, I would not have purchased from here. Our experience when

I visited from out of town to go dress shopping with my mom and this was the second place we visited. The boutique was lovely! It was super nice to have the whole place to ourselves and Lesley helped me get in and out of the dresses. She also pulled great dresses that were in my budget and I found one that I liked and bought this past weekend. She also wasn’t pushy at all and cared more that you really loved the dress before buying it. Thank you Lesley!

I went to five bridal shops and this was by far my most uncomfortable/worst appointment. We walked in and no one greeted us. It was a very cold, shut off atmosphere. When I was trying on the dresses there was no true dialogue about the dress or really anything, I had to ask the questions. When I went out to show my mom, th consultant was not helpful in me walking around or fluffing my dress so my mom had to do so. The consultant just really didn't seem like she wanted to help me or wanted to be there. Her hands were in her pockets and we got out of there as soon as possible. I would never

Lesley was awesome!!!! I got my beautiful wedding dress from B. Loved and I couldn't be happier with my choice of boutique. They were flexible. The price was reasonable for the stunning dress I got. Every single employee was genuinely enthusiastic and concerned for perfection. It was the absolute best experience I could've wished for. They allowed my mom and I to celebrate with champagne. I went to multiple bridal shops around Columbus and Dublin, and this is by far the best if you don't want to be pressured. I worked with Lauren and she was awesome-- gave space and advice when needed, but definitely not overwhelming or cheesy. The shop is super cute and the dresses were gorgeous. Found my dream dress under my moderate budget. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at B Loved and Lauren was wonderful! She was so attentive and helped me find my dream gown. B Loved was my second stop on my dress shopping journey. I showed Lauren what I liked and told her that I get overwhelmed with too many options. She listened to what I said and brought just the right selection of dresses. If one wasn’t quite right, she suggested minor changes we could make to fit the bill. I had a wonderful experience shopping with Lesley at B Loved Bridal. Lesley is incredibly personable - taking the time to talk to you about what you want, look at your Pinterest ideas and help you try on dresses. She has a way of asking leading questions to help you decide if you like the dress, rather than telling you what you want to hear.

The inventory is gorgeous. Planning a beach wedding in the Caribbean, they have more options in styles and materials than other stores. The dresses are well cared for, making it easy to imagine as your dress. She were patient when I asked to try on

Great dress selection, fair prices and knowledgeable staff. Wish this place was around back when I was wedding dress shopping. Came to support a friend and we had a great experience. My friend hasn't selected a dress yet but I imagine we might make a return trip.

I cannot say enough good things about this bridal shop!! I purchased my dress here and it's perfect! They have such a unique selection of dresses and they are all stunning! Lauren at B. Loved made my wedding dress shopping experience so perfect! I didn't enjoy dress shopping until I came here. Lauren guided me well yet wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of space to try on and talk through as many dresses as we wished.

The boutique itself is also GORGEOUS, clean, and in a great location. The sample dresses were well-maintained and the selection of designers unique and beautiful.

The day a bride chooses her dress is a big day meant to be filled with joy and smiles. Our experience was the polar opposite. The woman who helped us was so condescending the entire time, made our bride feel less than special, and not helpful at all. I'm shocked she works with brides with how she treated all of us.

The first 5 minutes here alone topped other experiences in town! Love, love, love the look of the salon, the attentive knowledgeable service, the selection of gorgeous gowns, and the private area for the bride to be and her entourage

I came to B. Loved back in September and was very impressed with the boutique and Lesley! She was friendly, but not pushy or overly sappy. I wanted a laid-back, fun experience with my mom and sisters, and that is exactly what we got. The dresses are beautiful and there is a wide range of prices to fit any budget. I can't wait to see my dress again once it arrives! Also, if you need recommendations for other wedding vendors, ask Lesley! She recommended an amazing florist to me and I'm thrilled to be working with her!

Unique, quality dresses.

I drove 3 hours each direction to see dresses from a specific designer, and was not disappointed. The dresses here are gorgeous; you can both see and feel they only bring in quality gowns. There is less selection than other "box store" bridal salons, but what is here is far superior. There is a price range to accomodate many budgets, and styles to accomodate many tastes!

The atmosphere was very chic and comfortable, the service was very personalized; you and your bridal party will have the store to yourself!

Overall it was a great experience!
