The customer service I received was not welcoming. I ordered wedding invitations and every time I asked the staff member a question her reply was "I don't know". I finally got her to contact the manufacturer to ask the questions. A few days later I receive an email from her stating they could not order the invitations or any others.

They were not the warmest or most welcoming when I came in. And then all I wanted was a single cut to an 8 stacked sheets of 8.5 x 11 inch paper, at which point they told me they might damage the top sheet. The fee was $3 plus an extra $1 for using a credit card as payment. Staples only charges $2. As a courtesy or good customer service they could have waived the $1 credit card fee, after all cutting a piece of paper is pure profit I wasn't purchasing anything it was simply a service and the $0.35 credit card transaction fee they could have eaten to maintain the sale and gained my business. My first time printing with print mart and i will never go back. They are rude and dont know anything about quality printing. If you want a mediocre print job, thats fine. But if your a graphic designer or sombody who wants a quality job look elsewhere. for those who know anything about printing could tell you instantly the differences between a solid black and a rich black. They didnt. I wanted rich black tones on my business card and they said there is no visual difference between a black set at 100 percent and a black with a mixture of CMY! what!!!! the cutting job was horrible! i dont even
