We moved out of a rental property that they were managing. We had lived there less then 6 weeks, cleaned up the property (it hadn’t been cleaned before we moved in) and 2 months went by with no word on our deposit or an itemized list. I reached out to them on multiple occasions. At first I was met with “the owner of properties west will be in touch.” Eventually I got in touch with the owner and she blamed the owners of the rental house for not receiving our deposit (which makes no sense as they are the management company and I had a contract with them). I was very very patient and would check
