I am a new patient along with my daughter. I must say that they're all very friendly and thorough. Everyone took their time explaining things such as next steps. in addition, the doctor was extremely detailed in her explanations as to my next dental steps to improve my smile. This was my first time visiting this office due to moving and looking around for a local dentist office. Upon entrance, the front lady desk wasn’t the nicest but nothing specifically rude. Then even though we had confirmed our insurances were covered, upon arrival they mention they have been trying to get a hold of me for the past couple days which I never received any calls or messages from. Then once I provide them my insurance cards, they take 15 minutes to look into it to just come to me and let me know that i do no not have coverage and I would need to pay out of pocket over $100 for the

I returned to the office to get some work done. I was pleased again with the staff and the dentist. The dentist answered my questions thoroughly from the previous visit that I had found upsetting. I did not have to deal with the financial person, and another staff member was able to fully explain and accommodate my payment this time. I appreciate the time and care that the dentist and staff do put into the work when seeing me.
