I had a water leak from the pressure regulator to the main line, and man..Dustin didn't disappoint. He quoted 1.5hr and did it alot faster, made more recommendations that didnt feel lile an upsell, seemed like he genuinely wanted the repair to have longevity, so we changed the valve connection to city approved one, the last one was crappy, then he also added a new pressure valve aswell. Over all with emergency service spent well below budget.. if your in need of a great plumber, stop wasting your time work with Petersen, also if you can get Dustin.

I busted a pipe while working on the yard, and it would not stop running, even with the main water line turned off at the street. They were able to get someone out within 30 minutes of my call, and fix the issue quickly. It ended up being far less expensive than we were initially anticipating, being a same day emergency call and all. We'll definitely be giving them a call in the future for our plumbing needs!

Have had issues with toilet in OLD house.
Have had other companies try, but it never lasted long before it clogged up again.
Called one of them again ( twice) and never got a call back.
Called PPR, they sent a man out that afternoon.
Jim From PPR came out to fix it, we tried a number of different things, finally came back with a camera and pinpointed the problem area.
Showed me exactly where it was inside the pipe, and located it on the outside of the house so I could dig it up. (saved money by not paying a plumber to dig a hole.)
Found a damaged section that needs replacement.

Called Pacific Plumbing for some quick service items I needed before an appraisal. Ricki Kadrmas came out and gave a thorough, detailed and competitive bid for some rather less than pleasant, under the house work. Thank you Ricki, I look forward to seeing you back out on the 14th for the scope of work.
Update: Ricki came out, was on time and professional. I had two hose bibs replaced and a shower arm secured. He was very kind even after I asked to have him swap shower heads after the inside work had been completed. He came out again that same day when I noticed a little leak in one the hose bibs

I have a vacation rental in Eugene. While on vacation in Hawaii, my tenants called to say that they had no hot water and had limited time to be home before attending a function. Needless to say, it was a Sunday. I called Pacific strictly based on their reviews and the fact that they were open 24hrs a day. I left a message with their receptionist and heard back within 10 min. After my favorite plumber retired I started to ask around for a good, honest plumber in Eugene. I had a couple of bad experiences before I tried Pacific Plumbing. I now have my new favorite plumber. I don't need a plumber often, but when I do, I really need one right away.
