Founded in 1988, we began assisting the Town of Amherst, NH with their annual Tax Lien Mortgagee Research. We take pride in our ability to have a positive impact on the Real Estate Tax collections process by identifying and notifying all mortgage holders, attachments, IRS liens, and State of New Hampshire Human Services assistance liens.
For the Tax Lien process and again for Tax Collector's Deeds we conduct Registry of Deeds research to identify outstanding mortgages, attachments, IRS liens and all State of New Hampshire liens. Our research findings are reported in an easy to read format in a bound booklet and on a digital CD.
