Originally developed by a woman, it relies on developing leverage and sensitivity rather than muscular strength to overcome an opponent. Wing Chun's specialty is in close contact combat, using quick punches and kicks with a tight defense, coordinated through agile stances and footwork for a quick advance.

While I am fairly new to the school I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. I come from a very different style of Martial Arts and haven't done any Martial Arts in over 8 years but from day one Sifu managed to make me feel like I never stopped. The atmosphere is incredible, the other students are welcoming, nonjudgmental, and really seek to help each other out. The students who have been there longer always offer constructive comments and you can tell they aren't only passionate about increasing their abilities but yours as well. There is a good focus on the foundations and basics while

My grandchildren absolutely love the Kids Fun Fu classes. They learn the same techniques as I have seen in the adults class, but they are tailored for their little minds and bodies. My favorite is "Serve the Pizza". Sifu Arnett is friendly and enjoys teaching. The school atmosphere is a fun and friendly. The cost is very reasonable. Check them out! Thank you Mr. Arnett

This place is the greatest, the school teaches young kids discipline and respect, they have class for teenagers to Middle Age men & women which helps them with self defense, their health and vitality, and for people who up in age like me there is a very caring teacher (sifu) that works diligently to make older people of my age bracket healthier, truly a school out of the ancient times of Asia that really makes you feel like part of a family
