Jana is a Fort Worth native and has been doing hair for over 19 years. She has received cut and color training from TONI&GUY, Aveda, Loreal, Pravana, and Kevin Murphy. Jana loves to create soft beautiful shapes in her cuts and clean natural colors. Jana was an educator for a very large Aveda salon for 8 years.

So I have been coming here for better part of a year. FUN FACT The fun purple pixie in thier photo cover is ME. They have always done a great job in the past but this past weekend. I went in to tame the purple a bit. Still wanted to be fun but not on the rainbow spectrum. Well first thing I noticed was that NOONE was wearing a mask except for the colorist I was working with. So dangerous and unprofessional during a Pandemic. Smh anyway, I showed the colorist this photo. She applied a neutral toner on my hair which did not tone down the purple. It's odd because I deleted an old review on here that reflected my interaction with a former employee, but it's still showing. So, I decided to leave another one to show support for this business. I went to Candace as she has done my hair PERFECTLY (and she listens well to her clients) ever since I went to her while she worked at a different salon. She did wonderfully again this time and I'm bringing in family next time around.

I booked them to do styling and put a crown on my daughter's hair for her quinceañera photo shoot. The stylist did not know what she was doing. Honestly it's the worst hair styling that I have ever seen. Curls not defined , flat in the front totally a mess. I showed her a picture but she still did not completed the task. She struggled a long time placing the crown because she had extremely long nails which is not recommended for people that do hair. I feel bad for this girl, but I do not recommend her for styling. I'm not sure if she can cut and dye, that is another ball

I have been seeing Crissy for a while and followed here here from another salon -- and I'm so glad I did. Crissy is a rare find; she does wonderful cuts and color! She's she only one who has ever cut my hair exactly how I like it. Plus, she will actually tell me if the picture I show of color will actually look right or not. And if so, then she does it! I have gotten so many compliments on my recent hair color after visiting her last week post-quarantine when the salons were opened back up.

RIDICULOUSLY over priced for average services. Tried them twice, first time color faded in a week. Went back in with a different stylist and explained the situation to the "senior stylist " Color turned out a little better (lasted 2 weeks this time) but ended up paying additional $24.00 for her to blow dry my hair. No cut, flat iron, style, etc....blow dry only to check how the color turned out. Would not recommend.

I was at this salon for 5 hours and left with my hair looking nothing like I asked and not even styled.
I asked for balayage and the stylist foiled my entire head and pawned off my hair cut to someone else. I was not at all impressed with this salon and will not be going back. $200 was too expensive for a horrible experience.

If I could I would give the stylist I used a negative star! I chose the stylist because her online profile said she had 27 years experience and she was supposed to be a master stylist(or something like that). My first complaint is that my appointment was at 4:30 and I left after 8 p.m. Three and a half hours for highlights and a cut. I could not believe it. My second complaint is when I got home I was looking at my hair and I noticed a stripe, almost like a tiger stripe, at the top of my head. I went to this salon with a 20% off coupon that they sent me....went for a simple highlight.
3 hours later had yellow roots that didn't match the rest of my hair. I explained to the colorist and the owner, Trent, that I wasn't happy with the color.
The owner made sure to tell me how bad of condition my hair was in and if he corrected the yellow, all of my hair would turn purple. So I left after paying over $100 on a service I wasn't happy with...
I called the following day, still unhappy with my hair and the owner argued with me for over 10 minutes about how wrong
