The woman taking calls and scheduling appointments is THE WORST I have ever dealt with! First, she misrepresented nearly ALL their prices, trying to overcharge for some & undercharge for others (based on prices listed on the website) and flat out lied her butt off when I called her out on the overcharging, saying I had to buy a 5-Room package (carpet cleaning) in lieu of paying PER ROOM, as their prices are plainly listed as online (with NO mention of any minimum or package-purchase being required, etc. etc.) -- anyway, after she lied her butt off about the $44 overcharge, I TRIED to inquire

I have used Tru Renew for the last 2years I was please with tech George.I called on Monday July 19th at 11:20am to schedule appointment and request George.I was told George relocated to Florida office. My appt was for today July 22nd after 12noon..I call at 3:30 pm to f/u because no one had showed up. The gentleman that came to the rugs was really nice but the job was not done to my liking. To be honest my rugs weren't that bad to start but i really saw no difference. I feel I did a better job when I did it myself. They may need to update their equipment...

First of all I just moved into this home not even a year ago May 1 2020 to brand new rugs also due to my OCD I cleaned the rugs myself twice since moving in. So for the company to sit there and send a unintelligent response with no real facts accusing me of having dirty rugs or not being present instead

The tech was okay. He was listening to music in his headphones. I have two dogs and i really wanted a good job done. He was only here for a total of 40 mins 20 of that was getting set up. He only went over each room for about 5 mins. Felt like it wasn't as clean as it could have been.

Had a scheduled appointment and was given over the phone a confirmation time. On the day of appointment the cleaners showed up 30 minutes early. When we called the company to verify they said our original appointment time was incorrect and the time the cleaner showed up was our only option. No appointment confirmation email was received. Only a… email on the charge of the credit card. When we agreed to let the cleaner begin 30 minutes earlier. The company said “no we will just cancel” and hung up. Super impressed with the service I received and can not express my gratitude to this company. After an unexpected death in my family I had company coming over and desperately needed a good carpet cleaning. Emily was so sweet on the phone, made the booking process very easy. My technician Josh did an amazing job and my carpets looked amazing. He was courteous and professional and even explained the entire process to me. Will definitely use them again!!

Poor customer Service! We paid $20, for a spot cleaning, estimate, and to meet the tech. Before committing to cleaning my entire house. On the day of the appointment, my son had been sick with 103.5 fever and throwing up. The tech indicated to clean my whole house it would take 2-2.5 hours. We decided to reschedule. When we called to reschedule, the receptionist indicated we would have pay half of the services up front. When we asked why, we were told we "cancelled" today's appointment. I recommend this company before any other local carpet or wood floor cleaners. All the sales reps know the process and were able to give me a great quote. We needed our floors cleaned before Thanksgiving and they came out on the Sunday before. We felt like the pet stains and odor was impossible to get out but they proved us wrong. They did an amazing job!!! The crew was very knowledgeable and kind. We watched them get years of stains and smell out of our carpet in just a few short hours. You guys made my mom cry happy tears...THANK YOU for making our Thanksgiving so enjoyable
