Lufkin Printing Company was established in 1939 by Mr. and Mrs. Nixon Ricks. It was purchased in 1955 by Claude Smithhart after he returned home from active duty in the Army during the Korean Conflict. Starting out in a rented 1200 square foot building, Lufkin Printing has expanded into a 25,000 square foot office and production facility.

I bought a sign from Cokesbury's for Vacation Bible School. Took my sign down to Lufkin Printing to place a label of times and dates.
They sent a preview and it appeared to be good from the email. When they called they said the sign was wrinkled so when they placed the label it came out wrinkle. The letters were not dark enough and to my noticing after getting home Also was spelled ASLO. They gave it to me at no charge and said they would fix it but because I'm pressed for time I accepted the sign for free.
