I worked with Nathan before, and the experience was really, really easy! I contacted him to see if he could follow up on something that I ran into about 6 months after we had worked together, and he got back to me within about 30 minutes (after we hadn’t been in touch for 6 months) and the issue was fixed within a day or so. He’s great to work with!
