is they use "used car salesman like tactics" . I was referred to them through a third party. I had not done any research on them but they contacted me and made an appointment to come see a house of mine so they could prepare an estimate. I cleared my schedule so i could travel to and meet them at the property. The day before (after traveling to the property), they called to confirm the appointment and asked if my spouse would be there. When i told them that she wasn't , they said i had to reschedule. The sales representatives engage in high pressure sales tactics to close the deal. The price offered during the time of sale is no good after the sales representative leave. Product pricing begins high and drops until the sale is made, making you feel like you are the winner. I contracted a new roof with the company, but I wasn't provided an installation date. After more than a month of waiting for the installation date, I phoned the company to find out what was going on. This became a frustrsting debacle. My experience with Euro-Tech has been excellent. George my salesman was through with his presentation. The installers Victor, Jared and Peter were professional and efficient. Kurt also stop by to check things out but my real hero was George he stop by at the end to make sure everything was done right and he also get me to purchase a new front door. I would recommend Euro-Tech to all my friends and family again it was an amazing experience.

Had my living room windows done with Euro tech 9 years ago, 8 was ver pleased but figures I woukd come back and finish the rest of my home when I could afford it. NOW I'm on the market for replacement windows and they cone to the house to measure these little windows on a ranch home and gave me a crazy price ! Only one window is 72 inches the largest one . The estimate was double digits.? The going rate for windows this small is half of what the quote was so I guess they don't want my business. Great experience overall - we met up, planned the project, and everything went according to the timeline. Which is pretty impressive overall given the labor & supply chain issues that are affecting just about every industry nowadays. The guys showed up in the morning and were done installing by the end of my workday. Like most people that reviewed Euro -tech so far, I was approached by a knock on my door, I figured that i would get a quote done on my entry door since it was getting kind of beat up and i haven't have the time recently to get around to changing it myself. I've already been looking at other stores for what style door I wanted and the price that i was willing to pay. I also knew a typical door like mine to install was around $700. The door I wanted to go with was about $200 at a local store.

I really wanted to have a good experience because I had done business with them in the past but NO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!! First, we told the sales guy that we only had a limited amount of time because we had a wedding to go to. He continued to give us his spiel well into two hours. I was trying to be nice and I regret it. The price started off at 12,000 and eventually he tried to give us a deal at 8700 but it was only a one day deal. ???????? How do you go from 12,000 to 8700 in an hour? I will admit, we got lured in and let him run our credit, even though we told him we would not be accepted because

Where to start. We were solicited and expressed interest on a roof replacement. A salesman came out a week later and quoted a price I found agreeable ($12k). Like a fool, I wrote a check for a deposit.
Five days later I get a call from the office that the salesman will need to meet with me again. He comes out and states that the measured the wrong house and our roof is significantly larger. Note, my village is almost exclusively ranch houses of similar size. He says the new price is now $28.5k, but since they made a mistake, they will take $10k off and do the job for $18.5k. No longer a

I requested an estimate, my wife requested it to be brief, and we were given a 60-minute sales pitch. This did not meet my expectation, or the request of my wife.
[Strike 1: the price was 240% higher than a competitor for the same tiles]
The initial roofing estimate was ~$12,000, and 240% more than a competitor for the same product from the same manufacturer.
[Strike 2: I was told that connecting with other experts was foolish].
The salesman attempted to convince me that obtaining additional estimates was a foolish endeavor. I find that
