Phyllis and I purchased a farm in Jeffersonville as a weekend retreat while living in Manhattan. Three years and two children later we made the move permanent and never looked back. We love the area and appreciate its great natural beauty and are eager to show you around. The Delaware River is about twelve minutes from Jeffersonville and a short few miles from the lovely and artsy river towns of the Delaware River Valley.
Jeffersonville is a charming older village nestled in the Western part of the Sullivan County Catskills. You will see that Jeffersonville's Main Street (Route 52) is loaded with entrepreneurial spirit offering an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and businesses. Conveniently located near Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the Woodstock Museum and the beautiful, scenic and recreational Delaware River.
You will enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and walking, hiking or driving along the beautiful countryside. The outdoor and sports enthusiasts will love all that our area has to offer during each of the four seasons.
