Neon Green, Neon Pink, Neon Yellow, Heather Athletic Maroon, Heather Purple, Heather Royal, Heather Navy, Heather Dark Chocolate Brown and Dark Heather Grey are 50/50 cotton/poly. You need to specify the total number of unique colors used across all the elements in your design. You have already used screen printing in this order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control.

I have gone here twice for letters and both times they have messed up. When I explained the mess up the owner told me that it was fine and would not acknowledge a clear mistake. Two of his employees agreed with me. After persistence they made me agreed to make me a new shirt. The owner is very rude and demeaning. He stated that "they do not make mistakes" which is completely false. He never apologized for the mistake nor acknowledged that he made one. Mistakes happen but they way they reacted and treated me was unprofessional and uncalled-for. I would give them zero stars if it was an option.
