Services
Our firm is uniquely qualified to assist with your taxation needs. Both Raymond E. Moore and Lee A. Moore are licensed attorneys and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). Both Lee and Ray have had extensive experience in all areas including income and estate tax return preparation, controversy and collection.
Our firm is experienced in all aspects of probate law including probate administration and litigation. Probate administration includes refusal of letters, small estates and decedent's estates in addition to Conservator/Guardianship estates. We are also experienced in complex probate and trust litigation.
Our firm is prepared to assist small businesses with both the formation of a business entity (Limited Liability Companies, etc.) as well was general corporate counsel for such matters as lease review, buy/sell agreements, business transactions, etc. We are also experienced in business litigation matters such as collection, contract and real estate disputes.
It is our standard practice to return all original source documents to our clients along with the original file. The return of the original file may be in bulk, such as with a tax return preparation, or may be piece meal as with providing you with original documents throughout litigation.

Due to the volume of files and lack of storage space, we will maintain these copies of client documents for three years and at that time we will then destroy them. Please note, certain files such as estate planning files are retained until such time as they are no longer required.
Raymond E. Moore manages the day to day operations of the firm. Ray's areas of practice include taxation compliance and controversy, estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney), probate administration, business and tax exempt entities, real estate transactions and civil litigation. Ray is a licensed Attorney at Law and Certified Public Accountant in the state of Missouri.
