I contacted Desmond to purchase a home as well as sell my current home. When it came to the sales process, he was quick to get out to the home and put a value on it, take photographs, and get it listed. Our home had multiple offers and had a sale pending within 3 days. He also fought extremely hard for me to ensure I received the most profit out of my sale and stayed in constant communication with me about the status. We looked at multiple homes and he was always available to show them, even when it wasn't a very convenient time. Our purchase process went so smoothly and we close on our new home

Amnet Realty was great to work with. We worked directly with Desmond and his father, Mark (and Mark's dog, Henri!). We initially were looking at a house that they had the primary sale contract on in Carrabasset Valley/Sugarloaf. However, this house was not the right fit for our family. So, they showed us another house that they thought might check more boxes, which it did! They worked closely with us to make an offer on the house in a VERY hot real estate market, and maintained a balanced approach throughout the process. They were VERY responsive throughout, including helping us to find contractors
