The manager, Collin was horrible. Was in town visiting a friend when we tried eating here. Tried to ask a few questions about the menu and because of my allergies, he was rude and impatient with me.

Management hung up on me after asking is they could make a special devilery to a friend (single father sick 2 year old and can't drive anywhere) on his birthday to an address 13miles away from the shop and offered to pay as much as needed to get it done.

Hit or Miss. No dine in. Pizza's usually never ready on time. You may or may not get someone to answer the phone. Oh and we were told by an employee that they don't manage the website when we ask why their menu prices were different, so add about $2-$3 to everything listed on their sites menu.

Just ordered Lasagna from y'all tonight and it's so extremely soggy. I literally dont have to chew it. I can drink it with a straw. Absolutely disgusting. Dont know how y'all can serve this. I doubt your workers would eat this so you shouldnt serve it to customers. The garlic bread is pathetic. Not only is it mashed it's literally dripping with the garlic butter. The only thing decent was the bland salad.

I have been trying to get a pizza once or twice a week. Over the phone. Why don't you people answer the phone anymore?

Their website says they have indoor dining. They do not. We drove an hour each way to dine here, we were told they haven't had indoor dining in 8 months. Classy.

Update: Do try the breakfast. The omelets are the best around. I've had both the cheesy one & western one. My son loves the bisquits & gravy. Everyone knows this is the best pizza in Mattoon. Even plain cheese is amazing. The buffet on Thursdays is our favorite. There's fried chicken, pizza, lasagna, etc. Good place for families.

We found this place via Google when we were staying at a campground at Lake Shelbyville. One family from St. Louis and one family from Chicago.
We (STL) were psyched to be able to let our friends try toasted raviolis since they don’t find many menus outside of the STL area. They were a hit with all.
The pizza was yummy. We had a Villa Special and a Family sized cheese.
The sauce is really good - not spicy or sweet, bold flavorful. The sausage on the Special was really good.
If I were to come back I would try the special pepperoni pizza - they stand the pepperoni slices up so that they get
