Kim Smith State Farm agency was patient, helpful, responsive and professional. This was my first time finding a car insurance company. I had tons of questions and they answered them all with grace. I remember the 1st time they became my agent when I walked in 15 years old and ready to drive, 20 years ago. Since then, working with the staff there [especially Linda] has been pleasant when I need them when others have let me down. And we work well together on issues as they arise, because their experience compliments my claim's background I have earned in the working world as an adult.
