It took years but finally found a good dentist. You can tell Dr. Moon cares about the work he does and his patients. Takes the time to answer questions, gave his advice and we put together a game plan.
When working on my teeth, felt comfortable and he makes sure no pain is felt.
It's a positive environment. I feel relaxed in the chair. And I've been known to loosen an arm rest or two in a dentist chair. Very happy to finally have a dentist I can trust and makes me feel comfortable

Last week I had an emergency visit and from the very beginning my experience was one of the best I have ever had at a dental office. Deb on the front desk (what a star she is) is really amazing she put me at ease and couldn't have been more helpful. All the way through my treatment the staff were courteous and thoughtful, this will not be my last visit here.

I remember always being terrified of the Dentist. But a year ago; I referred to Doctor Swanson...and he totally changed the game for me in terms of trusting an expert to help me with my MANY complicated dental issues! An extraction is NEVER pleasant; but his work and the care of the whole staff there really took great care of me. I’m definitely coming back soon.

As a 66 year old person going to the same dentist practice for 45 years, it was hard to find a new dentist. My teeth were falling out and my dentist didn't know what to do. It was time to get a new dentist. I felt very comfortable with all of the staff and everything was explained. I decided that I was going to have partials and Dr. Swanson saved as many teeth as he could. I had 5 teeth pulled out on one side and sometime later 5 on the other side. I thought that it was going to be a nightmare. It went pretty smooth even though i had some pain. I received a followup call and I advised

Dr. Swanson has been our dentist for over 30 years. He and his staff are very professional and competent, and he conscientiously stands behind his work. In addition to regular cleanings, I've had crowns, root canals, bridges, and fillings. Besides doing good work, he stays very current and eagerly educates his patients on what is done and why. He has received public recognition for his excellent service.

Updating my review since I had my wisdom teeth removed last wednesday!
Yet again Dr. Swanson is the best. Since I get extremely nervous, in our consultation we decided it would be my best option to go with some medicine to help me get comfortable. We did that along with laughing gas and I can't believe I am saying this but, I cannot remember that entire day.
My sister came to pick me up after the procedure and filmed the entire thing. Of course I really did embarrass myself by falling asleep a couple times while the nurse was giving me instructions, but thats just normal apparently :O

I am very disappointed to say the least. In fall 2010 I went to this office to get 6 monhts braces done, but almost 3 years later, I am nowhere near being done with my ortho treatment and Dr. Swanson doesn't seem to know what he's doing. I have foolishly trusted this office to be of knowledge, but I was mistaken. Not only that, but they have also destroyed my crown. BEWARE and DO NOT get braces from this office, they have no experience! All they care about is money! I will be filling several complaints with Dental association, Illinois state licensing board, BBB and also I am seeking
