Ross is a litigator (in other words he knows his way around a courtroom) and focuses primarily on probate litigation, family law, business litigation and general litigation. Ross' clients often describe him as "articulate, approachable, and diligent." Ross is a husband, father and a native of Park River, North Dakota.
Having handled over a thousand criminal cases in his career and having appeared in numerous counties throughout North Dakota and Minnesota, Scott has seen almost every type of case: DUI, Minor In Possession (MIP), drug possession, disorderly conduct, domestic violence, assault, white collar crime, theft, burglary, trespass, sex crimes, appeals, and even homicide are some of the examples of cases that have come across Scott's desk.
Ashley focuses the majority of her practice on domestic matters, however, she has extensive experience in the criminal arena as well. Ashley's clients often describe her as "straightforward, loyal and aggressive." Ashley is a wife, mother and a native of Hankinson, North Dakota. Ashley knows that her role in a family matter is to explain the process in a judgement free manner.
Cassie knows that most of her clients want to know that they are prepared for death or incapacitation but recognizes that clients aren't always sure how to go about accomplishing that goal. Cassie helps the client gather all necessary information and then collaborates with families to formulate a plan to meet the client's objective.

Great attorney if you're looking to save money! You call, they tell you it's a 24 hour wait while you go through a conflict check. They then inform you that Ross will be the attorney you work with, and a week later you haven't heard a word. But hey, it's not like I informed them that it was an urgent matter... where is the sarcasm font
