So here's the thing about ordering t-shirts in general...
Pick two:
1-great quality
2-cheap price
3-fast delivery
In the case of SDTees, we received great quality t-shirts, at a very competitive price, but unfortunately they just took forever to come (over a month after payment was received).
Also be aware that Kyle will quote his delivery estimate in "business days", making the length of time seem shorter than if quoted in actual days. In this case, our order was quoted to take 7-15 business days. When all was said and done it took 23 business days, which is more than a month

I don't even want to give SD tees a 1 star review, because it's not even worthy of that.
We have had the most unpleasant experience working with SD Tees (particularly Kyle).
Kyle was HIGHLY unprofessional and extremely rude. He doesn't value customer service or even seem to care about the quality of product he provides.
There was very poor communication, and we had to chase him down to receive updates about our order (which took almost 3 times as long to deliver what was originally quoted).
He was helpful in the early process until he got our money. Then it all went down hill

First things first with any business I deal with is good communication and thank you SD Tees for answering the phone when I call as well as returning my calls in a timely manner. I am the best at leaving things to the last minute so this business is the perfect marriage with my self inflicted stressful nature as they were able to process and have my orders done in no time. The banners came out fantastic and clean and my flyers were printed and express shipped to Australia in less than a week. I am looking forward to using them again for all my marketing needs. You can't beat the prices

We used SDT's to print shirts for our non-profit dog rescue. 1st - batch: no complaints. 2nd batch: not good. The owner admitted the quality was poor and did try to work out a compensation for the sub-par shirts and hoodies. Unfortunately, every "deal" he came up with involved us having to spend more money. Great prices, but I have to spend more to fix their mistake. A $75 refund was offered, then later reneged on. We ended up trying to sell the portion of the order that was poor quality just at cost to get our money back. We're still trying. Will not recommend, will
