My name is Laura and I am a Christian counselor serving the greater Atlanta area offering services in English & Chinese, (including the dialects Cantonese, Shanghainese, and Taiwanese) for all individuals seeking someone to walk alongside them in any stage of life. I specialize in marriage and family therapy, play therapy for children, adolescents, families with individuals with anxiety, depression, and those struggling with addiction.
Services
As a Christian counselor and graduate with an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, I regard the Christian worldview and Biblical truth as essential in a counseling setting. I also consider secular theories, assumptions, concepts, and techniques and use them through CBT, DBT, Multisystems Model, and Family Systematic Approach in my practice.
Both regular counseling and Christian counseling utilize established principles and theories which I have received training in and integrate in my practice. As a Christian counselor, I have also received professional training with a biblical perspective and have a personal Christian worldview, which motivates me to spread God's love and mercy to others through counseling.

She has helped me so much! She is truly caring as well as well trained in mental health issues. She has gone the extra mile for me several times by being available when I really needed to talk to her that same day. I also appreciate her knowledge of the Bible and willingness to include God's wisdom and prayer as part of the therapy. This was always initiated by me, I was in no way pressured.
