Kennedy Richards is a solo-acoustic, folk artist based out of Bozeman, Montana; recognized for soft, lilting vibrato and light acoustic stylings. She has been performing for more than 8 years across the country, but is currently on her first solo, national tour that began at the start of July and will be taking her from Montana down to Texas and over to Kentucky throughout the summer and fall.

This place really is awesome. The beer and food….yup! BUT… gave it a 2 star due to service. I’m sitting AT the bar and the bartender didn’t help me once not even greet me. A floor server after a while saw me sitting there and came up to help me. Then my second beer same thing. No service from bartender. 5 minutes later the same floor server helped me again. Got one more beer and left, went across the street. Allysa was the floor servers name. She did an awesome job. And she was super friendly. Please… work on your service.

Ordered a six pack of their IPA from the bar since I didn't have time to stay. They took at least 15 minutes to make this happen with a mostly empty restaurant (more than half of the time involving three staff to find the labels) and the six packs were filled at most 3/4 of the way, and the volume varied substantially from can to can. The beer was okay, but flat and headless by the time I opened them an hour later. There was way too much open space in each can, and I even found a piece of debris (seemed like a bit of glue?) in one. I would never order from here again. If they can't get a basic

My husband and I had a one night stop in Amarillo on a road trip and stayed across the street from this brewery. Love the location! Highly recommend! We did the flight to sample all of their in house brewed options, and loved every single one. We also got the Caesar salad and spicy cheese curds with ranch as appetizers and thought bought were large servings :) would definitely come back here if we make it to Amarillo again.

- Pork Sliders were great! Our kiddo wanted everything on the side - just meat and bread
- Bread and Butter - thick and dense (almost like pizza dough), good flavor, high garlic taste just not airy/light.
- Pizza was average, but we are pizza snobs so it takes a lot to impress us these days.
- Beer was also average, we are pretty well versed in beer, so the selection was a little disappointing, but for a quick night out with family/friends, this place is great!

BLUF: if you are passing through, Thursday's are trivia night and expect longer wait times.
We found this place a couple years ago but they were closed when we went to go. We rolled back through at a decent time this time and thought we would give it a go.
Rolled in unknowingly on a Thursday night. The host was upfront and told us that it could take awhile because people do not normally leave quickly due to playing trivia. The host was solid. He kept looking for us. We have a specific table request due to a wheelchair bound kiddo.

My go to place for casual dining...food is great, service is friendly, only negative is on busy nights service can be a bit slow. We waited for a while for a to go box but understood they were busy. The upstairs bar and balcony is great and has a nice view of the city. Their beer is my favorite in town. During warm weather, the outdoor dining has a great atmosphere. They are sooooo close to a 5 star....

My wife and I go to Six Car often. We have to get the beer cheese fries every time... Add green chilis and bacon, you won't regret it. The food is always great with a rotating menu and the wide variety of drinks keeps it interesting every time. The upstairs cocktail area is a frequent spot of ours (make sure to try the sad monkey!)

My daughter, her boyfriend and her well-trained service dog were seated in this restaurant. Then the host came back and told them that the service dog had to have "papers" and that they couldn't sit where they had already sat her. They were forced to leave the restaurant and go somewhere else. The staff at the front, at a minimum, should be trained on ADA laws around service animals. They should be more embarrassed by their actions than my daughter who was asked to leave.

Out of coffee on Sunday brunch?! Send the dishwasher to Palace and don't embarrass yourselves. Also out of short rib (again) and you're only open four days a week, get a grip. I didn't want to write them off permanently because I support local at every opportunity but this place is giving Amarillo a bad name.
Today was another fiasco, waiter had a bad attitude, brought the wrong burger entirely and was burnt to a crisp (all the burgers at the table) when it eventually arrived. Omelette was

GREAT food. Probably the best chicken sandwich in Amarillo. We keep coming back for more. Have had a couple different burgers and they have tons of flavor and the fries are excellent. The chicken and waffles were pretty good and they have a good selection of beer. Their own Make Good Choices IPA was refreshing! Highly recommend visiting here!

This place was awesome!! I'd give it even more stars if I could. Seated promptly. Our waiter Garret was excellent- courteous, extremely personable, and super attentive!! The food was absolutely outstanding. I've never had a better grilled cheese than this- and I've had plenty! Fries, dessert... All top quality. Even down to having someone run after us because my daughter forgot her purse.

Seriously, this place has taken it up several notches over the past year! I have enjoyed Six Car since they opened, but always wished they had a few more healthier options. I did not get picture of my fresh green salad, but it was fabulous! My husband order the chicken & waffles with potato hash, and it was a real treat that we will treat ourselves to now and again. If you have not been lately, try it again!

Food wise, solid 4 stars. Beer? Probably more of a 3 star review. Although we're visiting from Houston, so perhaps this is a 5 star for Amarillo. It really was a great experience.
We had the chicharrones, cheesy fries, Nashville Chicken Sandwich (huge), the Crispy Chicken Salad, the Schnitzel, and the Brisket Pizza (captured). We also tried the Jamike N Ike, Festive Flamingo, Kringle, and the Black Cadillac. The group favorite was certainly the Cadillac.
We'll be back next time we're passing through!
Side note: They support local businesses by using pottery made off 6th Street
