3/10 would not recommend. The spacing is awesome. The rooms are very nicely sized the kitchen is nice. The only thing for me is the pricing. We originally was told that rent would be 810/ 2bdrms. It jumped up 70$ (because of a 50$ water bill fee that I was told was nonexistent) and they are trying to charge us light bills on top of the light bill we receive from our light company. Too many surprise fees. No one is ever in the office and they never answer the phone. It’s a great hassle getting in touch w the maintenance men, but when you do they fix things quickly.

I can't begin to tell u what Kim has done for me since moving to East Gate Apts. As far as the maintenance man, chris, u couldn't find a better man.They keep the grounds manicured. At a certain time in the evening lights come on throughout the breeze way. Just very blessed to be here!
