Mr. Joseph H. Leasure has been providing structural engineering services primarily in the New England area for over twenty seven years. He is the President of L & L Structural Engineering Services, Inc. and provides project management and technical design in all aspects of structural engineering. Joseph is proficient in the analysis and design of structural steel, cold formed lightguage steel, concrete, masonry, and timber framed construction.
