I had a Bathroom vent that wasn't installed properly on the roof from another Company. I called this Company and another roofing company to come out and get a quote and summary of what the issue was. The 2nd roofing company was wonderful and helped us resolve the issue with the original company. This Company just swayed and told us that they would send us a quote but doesn't want to get involved. I told them they wouldn't be involved in any legal action. They responded with letting us know they would send us a quote. That happened 5 days ago 2 of them was Saturday and Sunday.
