My wife and I recently contacted the Law Offices of Attorney Joseph R. Jenkins for the preparation of our wills. We were pleased to find that the entire process except for signatures was completed online. Many versions of the draft documents were sent for review and comment. The most positive feature of the project was that we were completely and directly involved in all phases. All of our draft comments and questions were answered immediately including alternative approaches where applicable. Expensive for closing costs, and when there was an issue with the closing, I was called and yelled at over the phone for 10 minutes because of an error that was caused with the wiring of funds- nothing to do with me at all and nothing I should have even had to deal with. My closing was delayed a day because of it. He didn’t sit through my closing and instead had an assistant do it, which I actually prefer looking back, as she was at least kind. When you call to ask a question, he gets angry that you call, and my mortgage lender and realtor both have stated they will never work with him again
