Please remember appointment times are reserved especially for you, so if you are unable to keep your appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance so that we may offer that time slot to another patient. If you are in discomfort and call us during regular office hours, we will make every attempt to see you that same day.

My daughter and I showed up around 4:15 pm on a Monday. After signing the paper and returning to our vehicle, we realized nobody was coming to get us. So we walked inside and were greeted by 5 different people who were standing in the office. Considering we were the only "customers/patients" I figured we would be seen fast. I was asked if we had been there before. I told them no and that I had an emergency because my teeth were hurting. They said they weren't taking a new customer. Obviously o find this extremely unprofessional. If you provide a service that is there to help people, you should

Absolutely, the best dentist and staff to have take care of my family's dental needs. Dr. Kay is very personable, down to earth, a HUGE sports fan and most important...professional. As long as my family live in Middle Georgia, we will remain patients of Dr. Kay. The wonderful staff is not forgotten, they are patient, helpful, courteous and once again...professional.
