I scheduled a semi-annual HVAC checkup. The technician arrived on time, wore shoe covers when he entered my house, and was polite and professional. He did what needed to be done, replaced the filter, put everything back as he found it. Whatever he did, he corrected a problem I'd had with my thermostat. Service was about $150; not cheap but worth the expense to keep my HVAC unit running efficiently.

I was referred to Mike Clark after another company tried to get me to replace my AC unit. Mike showed up within an hour of receiving my call and treated me like family. He quickly identified the trouble, clearly explained his findings and gave me helpful preventative tips. He had all the parts available to repair the unit the next morning.
