So they cleaned my front carpet that was in bad shape due to small children. They cleaned the entire carpet and they were able to get most stains out. But now the carpet is crunchy in spots where there was never any stains or issues. The overall feel of the carpet is not good and rooms that I didn’t have cleaned the carpet feels much better. The employees were cool had no issue with them. For 65$ i don’t feel the end product was worth it. I’m now forced to have Stanley steamer come out and redo the carpet because I’m just not satisfied with it.

Very unprofessional and not punctual. I called on Thursday for an appointment, and was scheduled for Monday between 9-9:30 am by JR. Received a text on Monday at 8:46 am saying he will be coming around 10 am. I texted JR at 10:30 am and was told he was still working on a flooded property and I am next. Texted him again at 11:30 am, as the time window was shortening, since I have to pick up my daughter from school at 2:30 pm. No reply from JR. I later called him and no answer, voicemail was full.

My water heater busted and my carpet was soaked in the morning by the evening Quality Carpet had soaked up the water it took a few more days to dry completely but i was very happy with their service and i spent less than i would have expected so i saved some money too, thanks again.

I called this company in the middle of the night when my house flooded and they arrived within 35 minutes tops which was great considering I live far out in Hudspeth county just passed Montana vista.
