I was out on New Year's eve when my furnace went out. Called other HVAC repair men and got the "were gone till Monday, leave a message". Cougar mechanical was the only one to send someone right away. All was fixed and at a great price. Montgomery, the repair man was very professional and let me know well in advance what the cost would be. I like this company and will use them in the future. Thanks Cougar mechanical. You are the best.

Would highly recommend this company. Furnace went out during single digit temps. Cougar mechanical came out same day. System couldn’t be repaired had to buy new. New system will be installed in less than 1 week. They also left space heaters for us until then. Very pleased with their service. I have used other companies and have been disappointed. Cougar mechanical is my go to for any heating/cooling needs.

I called the Valley office and they answered the phone! No voicemails back and forth. Service repair was able to come to the house with in a few hours. It was just a small fuse but amazing to have the heat come back on. Thank you for helping us! We purchased the HVAC and beautiful AC units in 2017 and have been very happy.

Always professional, did a great job completely installing a full AC and Heat unit into my home where they had to update all the electrical and run all brand new ducting. Only had one issue and it was fixed right away and I didn’t even have to be there to get it done! Definitely reccomend!

Cougar Mechanical acted quick in the middle of a heatwave to help us get a new air conditioning unit installed. There were no units on the West Cost due to a shortage. The people at Cougar Mechanical were able to pull some strings for us and get one a month sooner than expected! They were polite, punctual, and professional! They showed up and gave me a quote, took half my money for the work, scheduled it for a certain day and then called and cancelled because they had "more important" calls they considered higher priority. When I pushed back because we had already paid half, they then said it was a mistake - that they should have never given us a quote because they "don't do that kind of work." Never tried to accommodate me. Never really explained what the heck happened. I would never do business with them. They did supposedly refund the money. Haven't seen it yet.

Cougar Mechanial was great! Our central air went out yesterday night during a heat wave. Cougar Mechanial was able to send a technician the following afternoon. Jake, the technician, was very thorough and efficient. After a few tests and checking a couple spots, he was able to diagnose it was an electrical issue. Our ac unit would work properly once we had that issue sorted out. Thank you Jake!

Our Trane furnace stopped working. Called Cougar and they said they would be out in less than an hour. Fixed in 10 minutes and showed us how to troubleshoot for next time. Very pleased with the super fast service call. Joe was courteous knowledgeable and very diplomatic about my husband's screwed up attempt to fix the issue. They will be our service providers from now on!

The people were very nice and I understand mistakes happen but I so far haven't had a good experience. I had someone come to my house back in November with a specific code. Well, since I had to shut off my furnace to force it to stop blowing cold air, it reset the code apparently. So instead of diagnosing a problem, he did a tune up. He mentioned getting a weak signal but wasn't worried about it. Fast forward four months or so and with on and off use of my heater but never being able to have someone diagnose it due to having to shut off my furnace to force it to stop. My furnace wasn

Five years ago I went through the process of picking out the right company for our home to install a new furnace and air conditioning system. We settled on Cougar and many thousands of dollars later we had our new system. We love the Carrier Infinity system. It's served our family and home greatly. This past summer our AC unit went out. I called Cougar to have a technician come out. They could not respond for 10 days. During that time period, I was able to determine the problem with the AC unit, bad capacitor. I called Cougar days in advance to let them know the code our system was advising
