We hired this law firm for a personal injury claim and did not have a good experience at all. When we first spoke with him about our case, he was energetic and personable and led us to believe he would really fight for us. Well, after we hired him, the communication was really poor and we were made to feel like we were a bother to their office. We felt that this firm was not able to negotiate with the insurance company effectively for a fair settlement. Their advice to us on treatment was insufficient and we has trouble reaching the staff for general questions each time we called. Our final settlement
