Took a look at a $2400 job this guy did on a mobile home roof. The most pathetic job I’ve ever seen. He basically used elastomeric to paint over rust and dirt and charged the home owner $2400! I spent the day redoing his job and once the weather warms another few days. This guys useless. Check out yelp for more accurate reviews.

Rick has been great for us. We have referred and used rick dozens of times in my business. I am sad that he has a few bad reviews, but I think that is because he is doing everything himself. He is a very busy guy juggling all his business. When it rains he is extra busy and cannot get to everyone sometimes for a week or so. Rick is not a super large roofing company like many in the area, so he is able to do the things the big guys cannot do. He can do patches and other small task. You may get more phone calls from a large company but you wont get the specialized work like Rick Hart

Rick was referred to me by my contractor, Steve Cuccio. Steve mentioned Rick is good and would get the job done for a roof repair we needed. I reached out to Rick on Tuesday and he said he would be ready to go on Thursday. Rick was completely professional and got the job done quickly and in short notice. Horrible customer service. My home warranty fidelity placed me with him initially. In my opinion, he should not be contracted with ANY home warranty service! He never called me back for almost 2 weeks to schedule me. I finally called him to see what was going on. Asked why no one had Called me back. Lame excuse was that they had been slammed with work due to the rains and it has been hard to get back to everyone (but 2 weeks??! That's ridiculous in my opinion). I asked if I could get someone out the following week at 7am before work. Said he didn't see why not. He said he would call
