Services
There have been many changes in Georgia law regarding divorce issues such as finances, child support and visitation in the last few years. A divorce can become quite complex when addressing such issues. Added to that, each case is unique because people's circumstances and needs are different to each individual.
In addition to the complex issues in a divorce, there are special issues to consider in a military divorce such as deployment status and custody, military benefits, military retirement distribution, Thrift Savings Plans, BAH, and child support, to name a few. We are very familiar with these issues and have experience in the military divorce arena.
Aside from divorce, we have represented clients for such issues as child support modification, legitimization, paternity, custody, guardianships, visitation and a wide variety of family issues that require experienced legal guidance. Skilled in Family Law, we can answer all of your questions and help you understand.
Debra Bryan has been providing wills and probate services to CSRA residents for over a decade. Probate is a court supervised process of settling one's estate. When a person dies, whether they had made a Last Will and Testament or not, their property will usually pass through the probate process. It is highly recommended to consult with a probate attorney prior to beginning this process.
Protect your loved ones with a legally binding Last Will and Testament. You've worked hard your entire life. Don't make your loved ones guess what you want in their time of grief. Have us draft a Last Will and Testament for you that clearly communicates your final wishes. This will make the process much easier legally in your time of passing.

Debra represented my uncle for a particular case and we are NOT pleased by her performance in the courtroom. She is malicious and refuses to mount a feasible defense even after we hand delivered all the necessary files for her to properly handle the case. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY AT ALL. She does not listen to the client. She does what she wants to do and refuses to compromise even though she is paid counsel.

She was my ex husband’s attorney and while in court she looked at me and yelled “why are you looking at me!” How professional is that???? I wanted to say “Please do your job and be respectful while in court ma’am.” I have only had encounters with professional attorneys so this was a shocker for me and probably a shocker for my attorney. My attorney then looked at her and said “please stop it” this is when I realized Debra Bryant was very unprofessional….So Debra please consider thinking before being rude and childish in court even if it’s not your client ??

Debra Bryan has provided legal advice and guidance for our family during a difficult situation. We found her to be experienced, responsive, knowledgable and honest. While working with Debra, we felt as though our situation was in adept and trustworthy hands, and she did not steer us wrong.
We would highly recommend Debra to anyone seeking legal representation that is fair, honest and will keep your best interest and unique needs at the forefront. Should the situation arise, we would not hesitate to seek representation from Debra Bryan again.

Doesn't listen to client. Does what she wants.
Addendum:
Yes Esquire Bryan, it was you ma’am. I imagine you wouldn’t keep a record of a construction arbitration that was held at the homesite.
I desired to go after AHP for their flagrant fraud, yet you desired to argue about the inferior craftsmanship. While that argument was true, the arbitrator was bought and paid for and on a first name basis with AHP. You saw that as well as I, and should have went in guns blazing, yet you chose to be overly diplomatic.

I was never called back in a timely manner. I had to constantly call them to get an update on what was going on because no one had reached out to me to let me know if anything had been done....I felt I was constantly being rushed off the phone and was a bother when I had questions. Yes, the attorney got the job done, but it was more stressful than it should have been especially already being in that type of a situation. If you just want the job done and not have to talk to anyone about it then this is the place to come, but if you want someone to explain things thoroughly, seem sympathetic, and

Mrs. Bryan was great! She listened empathetically and was able to get VERY quick service on having my foreign spouse served with a restraining order and request for annulment after I found out that his intentions were merely to get a Green card through marraige. They were very understanding and helped get me through this tough time.
