Mr. Lillard was a janitor in the building and was mostly deaf. When Dr. Palmer asked when his deafness started, Mr. Lillard explained that he heard a popping sound in his neck and after that, his hearing was never the same again. As Dr. Palmer began to feel the neck of Mr. Lillard, he noticed that one of the vertebra was out of line with the rest of the bones, possibly causing pressure on the nervous system (called subluxation).

I am simply amazed by the skills of Dr. Jerviss. When I started going, I went because i was having difficulty walking, my left hip was in pain constantly, and because there was a history of arthritis in my paternal family, i wanted to be proactive and nip it in the bud. Once Dr. Jerviss took the X-rays, and we went over them (after my initial history, etc) she started working to fix the crooked places and get my spine back in alignment. Since starting treatment back last summer, i can walk straight, without pain, and as long as i keep seeing her on a regular basis, can look forward to many years
