LUPE IS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL in this State Farm office, who does she think she is to speak to people that way? Really needs to go back to school to learn a better vocabulary than what she speaks. Her English is also not very proficient so it was hard for me to understand her. I have never encounter someone like her who insults, talks bad about others. I will never do business with State Farm or this office because they have ppl like her with this kind of bad behavior.

This office is great. Professional, friendly and they know the insurance industry well. Gabbi was very helpful on a sticky issue regarding my home owner’s policy. I'm grateful for the help that Lupe gave me. With short notice she came in and met me on Saturday to help me with an issue I had. I thought that I would get the run around to wait until Monday but no she helped me within 1 hour of calling. Highly recommend Lupe and State Farm

I recently contacted the office with questions about my policy. I spoke with Lupe, she was able to help me by explaining to me the differences in coverage and why it is better to be insured by a large company like State Farm.
