I noticed what happened to us was very close
to the gentleman's low rated review below.
Cranor Roofing was referred to us by our insurance agent. Just a little over 10 years later I called Ben Cranor, approx round 2018, as the people that clean our gutters brought down a few loose shingles they saw laying on our roof.
We called, not upset in the least.
Ben came out and said it was due to a loose ridge caps. He advised the repair would not be covered under our warranty. We paid him somewhere between 200 to 300.
He also walked our roof and said he found no other issues.

Our historic home burned down and we searched for a highly skilled slate roofer to replace ours. We wanted the same high level of craftsmanship and aimed to replicate our home completely. We used a Buckingham black slate and routinely receive comments (from visitors and passerbys) on how amazing it looks. It really completed the house look. It is a roof that will outlast our lifetime and the skill and attention to detail it took in unparalleled. This kind of true craftsmanship is hard to find today, but Cranor Roofing has it! If you have a slate roof, or want one, this should be your go-to company
