Sold me a faulty unit. Did nothing to resolve it. Never gave me my money back. As an international customer I expected better but they sold me a system and let me leave the country after I paid 800.00 for their terrible cut in. I still expect my refund. Better business bureau has been contacted on this matter. DONT PLAY WITH YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS! After 2 years of being a excellent customer that's how they treated me. Not acceptable.

If purchasing FROM GROUPON: be aware that the Groupon services do not include Blow Drying and straightening so you will be charged an additional $50. I was late for a flight and I said I don't want to get a blow dry and straightening but because they insisted I decided to go for it. Then was charged an additional $50 and understood why they insisted on it. Just be aware this happens and I find it poor customer service not to tell your client they will be charged extra.

I've been a client of Lesag for more than 5 years and can't say enough about this place. Jesse and Axel are true professionals. When I wanted to go lighter with my hair, they did a beautiful job. When I wanted to go darker for the Fall season, again, excellent work. I am still getting compliments on the color. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Axel and Jessie both are so sweet and are so professional. They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment for my birthday. Dye job came out amazing and axel listened to what I had in mind and brought it to actuality. He dyed my extensions to match my hair perfectly and taught me a few tricks on how to put them on myself for that "salon" look. Left feeling and looking like a million bucks, bouncy, beautiful, luscious hair!!! Thank You. Definitely recommend.

I went to LeSag a few days before my birthday after a foolish attempt at trying to snip off my own ends and add a few layers. Needless to say, the jab at trying to be my own hair stylist turned out badly and I ended up wearing a hat until I could land a spot on Axel's magic chair. He took one look at my subpar skills and immediately went to work, fixing a lopsided , triangular mess into a choppy, modern bob. A total Miami gem. Very experienced staff who aren't afraid to get creative with their clients. I have been going to the salon for two years now. I have even moved over an hour away and make the drive to see Jesse and Axel at Lesag. Hair extensions, hair pieces and weaves are their speciality but I personally keep my hair highlighted and styles by them. They will not disappoint you; make an appointment.

I have been getting my hair extensions done with Axel for the past 12 years. I want you to know that his technique and sense of style is beyond superior work.
